An HTTP client device should have a clearance level.

Abstract
This document describes the need for an HTTP client to have a clearance
level.So if i have a Website with Topsecret information only an HTTPclient
device with a clearance above Topsecret should be able to see files from
that server.A Browser or a desktop can be considered an HTTP client.
Status of This Memo

To have an easy way to exclude or include access to information
by client devices.
2. Background
I should be able to say my information site is of a certain clearance
level and thus excluding many client devices.

THis should involve modifying HTTP protocol and more research is needed
for finalising requirements.
(Theres no activity on this and the US DHS is focussed on stealing my wealth
using many overseas government and many agencies in US and US DHS is trying to murder
me outside of US. No one from US has contacted me regarding this.I would have expected
an engineer who was my colleague in Bayarea in Trusted Solaris or SUN contact me)

or Train stations or Pay and use HTTP clients at internet centers that can be
given a low clearance level.
